By accessing our website or engaging Nexgen IT Care for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Nexgen IT Care provides IT services including custom software development, networking solutions, website development, biometric systems, GST accounting software, and IT support. The specific scope and deliverables for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or quotations.
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed software and designs. Nexgen IT Care retains the right to use project work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your express consent.
Nexgen IT Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty for all custom software and website projects. Ongoing support is available through our AMC plans. Hardware warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
